This policy explains what Press Kit Studios ("we", "the Service") collects, why, and how you can delete it. The Service is operated by Matheus Segatto, Boston, MA, USA. Questions: [email protected].

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider, Supabase).
Press kit content: everything you add to your kit: name, bio, photos, logo, links to mixes, gigs, contact details. You choose to publish it on your public link.
DJ test (quiz) answers: if you take our DJ test, we store your answers (for example genre, city, years of experience) together with the email you give us, to send you your results and improve the test.
Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your email, plan and subscription status.
Usage data: standard web logs and analytics events (pages viewed, steps completed) via Cloudflare and the Meta Pixel, used to measure and improve the Service and our ads.

2. How we use it

To run your account and publish the press kit you build.
To send transactional emails: sign-in links, receipts, your test results and product updates you can opt out of at any time.
To measure ads and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Only service providers that run the product: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email) and Meta (ad measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Your published press kit is public by design.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. You can block third-party cookies in your browser; the builder keeps working.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and kit for as long as your account exists. Quiz answers are kept for up to 24 months. Billing records are kept as required by law.

6. Delete your data

You can delete your account and all data we hold about you at any time:

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data", or
Reply to any email we sent you asking for deletion.

We confirm and delete your account, press kit, photos and quiz answers within 30 days. Payment records stay with Stripe as required by law. If you signed in through Facebook or another provider, you can also remove the Press Kit Studios app from that provider's settings; that removes the connection, and you can email us to delete the rest.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Residents of the EU, UK, California and other regions with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them; email us and we will help.

8. Children

The Service is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
